The Malaga Festival has become, since its first edition in 1998, a very important event for the city. Each year it continues to surpass its goal of promoting Spanish cinema, as well as contributing to the cultural development of Malaga in particular and Andalusia in general. This festival offers many options for all types of audiences, from film and short film screenings to workshops, book presentations, talks, concerts and exhibitions.
This year 2024, the twenty-seventh edition of the Malaga Festival will take place from March 1 to 10 in different parts of the city, at the Cervantes Theater and the Albéniz Cinema, among others.
