Please read carefully the terms and conditions associated with the reservation of our apartments.
Reservations longer than 31 nights are not subject to the same terms and conditions stated for short-term rentals below and may have specific rules. We reccommend you to contact us before booking online.
Should you for any reason have to change or cancel your booking, please let us know in writing as soon as possible.
Flexible rates (with or without pre-payment): all bookings with flexible rate can be changed or cancelled up to 72h prior to arrival without any cancellation fee. If the booking is cancelled within the last 72 hours or later the first night penalty will be applied.
Non Refundable rates: Non Refundable bookings are fully charged at the moment you book the apartment and no refunds are allowed.
Depending on the chosen rate, an online payment will be made by credit card during the reservation process on our website. Until the indicated quantity is correctly processed, the confirmed reservation will not be considered.
The pending amount corresponding to the reservation as well as the Barcelona tourist tax or any other extra demanded must be paid at check-in in cash or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express).
If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot provide the apartment booked, we will try to provide a similar or superior category of apartment. This situation will not, under any circumstances, imply any extra payment. In case the alternative apartment is not accepted, the amount paid as booking payment will be refunded inmediately.
We reserve the right to ask a 200 € security deposit at the check-in in order to ensure that the apartment and equipment are returned in good condition. This deposit will be charged to a credit card and returned after departure once we check that the apartment is left in good condition.
In any case, any cost of a damage caused by incorrect usage or negligence by any of the apartment occupants shall be assumed by the guest.
The apartments come with bed linen and towels and final price includes the cleaning after your departure as well as a free cleaning for stays longer than 7 nights.
If, during your stay, you require more frequent cleaning, we can provide an additional cleaning service. Check appliable costs with our staff.
Arrivals:
Check-in time at the apartments is between 14:00 and 15:00 depending on the apartment:
Apartments with reception: check-in time starts at 14:00. If you arrive earlier, our reception staff will attend you at your arrival and you will be able to leave your luggage with us until the apartment is ready.
For late arrivals outside reception opening hours, we have an auto-check-in procedure. We will inform you about the instructions before your check-in date.
Apartments without reception: check-in time is at 15:00. One of our check-in agents will wait for you directly at the apartment to hand over the keys and do the check-in or you will be informed about our auto-check-in procedure . In some apartaments, for arrivals later than 21:00 there is a late check-in fee of 30 euros.
Check-out of our apartments is by 12:00 so that we can have time to clean and prepare the apartments for next guests.
Check with our agents the options to leave your luggage and enjoy your stay to the fullest.
During your stay at our apartments our reception staff will be at your disposal for any question, problem or any tourist information or extra service request you need. Outside reception opening hours you will have a 24 hour telephone number to contact us in case of any emergency.
If any problems are detected with the equipment or any damage accidentally occurs, please contact us immediately in order to solve the problem.
During your stay we will offer you a range of extra services to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
You are expected to behave in a responsible and socially acceptable manner at all times whilst occupying the apartment and to be considerate and courteous to all guests and neighbours within the apartment building. The apartment may not be used as a party space but that of an accommodation for sleeping, eating, relaxing, etc
It is strictly forbidden to make excessive noise (organize parties, loud music, meeting in communal areas, etc.). The times which must be especially respected are those between 22:00 and 09:00.
On check-in and inside every apartment you will find the specific House Rules which must be kept to during your stay. In case of violation of this house rules Feelathome take the right to expel the guests without any compensation.
All of our apartments are decorated, furnished and fully-equipped with everything you may need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. In the description of each apartment you can see a list of all the fittings available. You will also find, in every apartment, a complete set of cutlery, crockery, tablecloths, towels and sheets at your disposition.
The use of the apartment by a greater number of occupants than that stated on the booking form, is strictly forbidden, except in the case of express authorization, and, where applicable, after payment of the supplement to the amount arranged.
Pets are not allowed in our apartments.
Smoking is not allowed inside our apartments, except on balconies, terraces or communal terraces.
Feelathome won’t be held responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, that may be caused by the use of the apartment or communal areas of the building, including, and with no limits, damage caused by fire, theft or other criminal conduct.
In the case of violation of any of the above conditions, especially those about irresponsible behaviour, Feelathome take the right to require that the apartment be vacated immediately, without any compensation.
